Refresher Training & Bespoke Masterclass Outline

Not every artist needs to complete another full training course.

Sometimes, you just need a little extra guidance, practical experience or the opportunity to work on the techniques you're finding difficult.

Our refresher training and bespoke masterclasses are designed for qualified lash and brow artists who want to revisit existing skills, improve their confidence or develop their techniques further.

Unlike a beginner course, there is no set syllabus. Your training is planned around your individual needs, allowing us to focus on the areas that will make the biggest difference to your work.

What Is the Structure of This Training?

You can choose between two private 1:1 training options:

4-Hour Training — £199

Ideal for artists who want to focus on specific areas of improvement.

Your session includes a discussion of your current techniques, personalised guidance, demonstrations where required and supervised practical work on one live model.

6-Hour Training — £299

Perfect for artists who would benefit from additional practical experience or want to work on several areas of their technique.

Your session includes personalised guidance, demonstrations and supervised practical work on two live models, giving you the opportunity to apply feedback and refine your skills throughout the day.

Both options are tailored to your experience and the techniques you'd like to improve.

What Treatments Can I Choose From?

Refresher training and bespoke masterclasses are available for:

Classic Lash Extensions

Improve your isolation, lash placement, direction, retention, styling and application techniques.

Russian Volume Lash Extensions

Focus on handmade fan creation, fan consistency, placement, direction, retention and styling.

Lash Lift & Tint

Improve your shield selection, lash positioning, product application, processing techniques and treatment results.

Brow Wax & Tint

Refine your brow mapping, shaping, tint selection, waxing techniques and overall treatment results.

During your pre-training consultation, we'll discuss your experience and the areas you'd like to focus on.

For longer sessions, it may also be possible to combine treatments where you already hold the relevant qualifications.

Are There Any Entry Requirements?

Yes. You must already hold a qualification in the treatment you'd like to receive refresher training or a bespoke masterclass in.

You'll be asked to provide evidence of your existing qualification before attending.

These sessions are designed to develop existing skills and do not replace a beginner qualification.

What Do I Need to Bring?

You'll need to arrange your own live models for the practical part of your training.

4-Hour Training: One live model
6-Hour Training: Two live models

Your models must be suitable for the treatments being performed and complete any required patch testing beforehand.

If you're attending a lash extension refresher or masterclass, please bring your own tweezers. This allows you to practice and refine your technique using the tools you normally work with.

All professional products, tools and equipment will be provided for you to use during your training.

If you're struggling to arrange a model, please contact me in advance and I'll do my best to assist. Model availability cannot be guaranteed.

Will I Receive a Certificate?

Yes! You'll receive a By Lauren Education Certificate of Attendance following completion of your training session.

As refresher training and bespoke masterclasses are designed for already qualified artists, they do not provide a new accredited qualification.

You'll need to hold the relevant qualification before attending.

Is a Starter Kit Included?

A starter kit is not included.

All professional products, tools and equipment required during your training will be provided.

You're welcome to bring your own tools if there are particular products or equipment you'd like guidance with. Please discuss this with me before your training date.

Will I Receive Support After Training?

Absolutely!

You'll have access to WhatsApp support if you have questions or need additional guidance following your training.

Whether you're implementing a new technique, troubleshooting your results or simply need a little reassurance, you'll be able to contact me for support.

What Are the Payment Options?

We offer two training options:

4-Hour Training — £199

6-Hour Training — £299

A £100 booking deposit is required to secure your training date.

The remaining balance is payable on the day of your training by cash or card.

4-Hour Training: £99 remaining balance
6-Hour Training: £199 remaining balance

Your booking is confirmed once your deposit has been received.
