Classic Eyelash Extension Course Outline

Classic eyelash extensions involve applying one individual extension to one natural lash, creating a natural-looking enhancement with added length, curl and definition.

This course is suitable for anyone looking to enter the lash industry, with no previous beauty experience required.

Training is delivered on a private 1:1 basis, allowing you to learn at your own pace and receive individual guidance throughout the day.

What Is the Structure of This Course?

Your training day runs from 10am–4pm, combining theory, demonstrations and practical application.

We'll begin with the essential theory behind classic eyelash extensions before moving on to mannequin practice, where you'll develop your isolation, adhesive control and application techniques.

You'll then complete practical training on a live model under my guidance, with feedback throughout.

Following your training day, you'll complete:

• 10 full-set case studies

• 5 infill case studies

There is no fixed deadline for completing your case studies, allowing you to practise at your own pace.

Once you've successfully completed your assessments and case studies, you'll receive your certificate.

• Lash products, tools and equipment

• Lash lengths, curls and thicknesses

• Adhesive knowledge and retention

• Lash mapping and styling

• Correct lash placement and direction

• Safe lash extension removal

• Aftercare advice and client management

• Troubleshooting common application issues

You'll receive a comprehensive training manual to refer back to during and after your course.

Are There Any Entry Requirements?

You must be aged 16 or over to enrol on this course.

No previous beauty qualifications or lash extension experience are required.

Students under 18 may be required to provide parental or guardian consent.

What Do I Need to Bring?

You'll need to arrange a live model for the practical part of your training day.

Your model will need to arrive at the time provided in your booking confirmation.

If you're unable to arrange a model, please contact me in advance and I'll do my best to help. Model availability cannot be guaranteed.

All equipment required during your training will be provided.

Is This Course Accredited?

Our Classic Eyelash Extension Beginner Course is accredited by ABT (Associated Beauty Therapists).

Upon successful completion of your required assessments and case studies, you'll receive your accredited certificate from By Lauren Education.

Certification is awarded once you've demonstrated the required level of knowledge and practical ability, rather than simply attending the training day.

Is a Starter Kit Included?

Yes! A beginner starter kit is included in your course fee, containing essential products and tools to help you continue practising after your training.

You'll also receive your comprehensive course manual.

What Are the Payment Options?

The total course price is £349.

A £100 booking deposit is required to secure your training date, with the remaining £249 payable on the day by cash or card.

Your booking is confirmed once your deposit has been received.
